★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio del ajustador Conrrado, es un despota e inutil para hacer su trabajo al igual que la encargada de las oficinas, nunca solucionan nada y despues te deja de contestar llamadas, la verdad pesima compañia de seguros se tardan muchisimo en llegar las piezas y cuando llegan no son iguales y aparte de pesima calidad. y es hora de que no me han entregado mi vehiculo ya llevan mas de 3 meses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor de las compañías aseguradoras, pésima atención del ajustador Conrado Galván, no dan asesoría legal, dure sin mi vehículo mas de 4 meses en taller "VIZCARRA" y no sirvieron para dejarlo en buenas condiciones, lo hubieran dejado mejor en el taller de la esquina, me le pusieron piezas chinas, un fiasco de talleres y aseguradora, lo tuve que sacar con muchos detalles. Aunado a que supieron quien fue el responsable del accidente y que huyo del lugar, no tuvieron los h***os de cobrarles , ya que yo tuve que pagar mi deducible para sacar mi vehículo en pésimas condiciones al cabo de medio año.

Por el trabajo y la aseguradora dice que solo me pueden dar el dinero de mi deducible($5000). Que eso lo cubriria. ¿Como tiene eso sentido?Cerebro minusculo que tienen. Son bien lentos y como toda aseguranza son unos tranza. No compren seguros aqui. Se los aseguro que a los que puedan se los friegan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de la aseguradora, empezando por el ajustador, no brindan asesoria legal ni juridica, no saben dar informacion, se tardaron mas de 4 meses en entregarme mi vehiculo en la agencia chevrolet y me lo entregaron en malas condiciones, tuve que llevarlo a reparar a otro taller, estoy muy inconforme y molesta con el servicio que disque me proporcionaron, el seguro no me sirvio para nada mas que para perder mi tiempo. Falta de responsabilidad, etica y profesionalismo por parte del personal q labora en la sucursal, para nada recomiendo HDI.
