★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, mas de 30 minutos en la línea para aclarar una duda y sin contestar y más d 1 hora intentando marcar al numero de las oficinas y ocupado, entiendo que atienden a mucha gente, pero si no se dan abasto deberían contratar más personal, de mi parte muy desepcionado.
Very bad service, more than 30 minutes on the line to clarify a doubt and without answering and more than 1 hour trying to dial the number of the offices and busy, I understand that they serve many people, but if they cannot cope they should hire more staff , of me very disappointed.
