De verdad es el peor seguro que he conocido
AWFUL, I've been calling for days and they just give me long and long or even leave me up to two hours on the line.
It really is the worst insurance I have ever met.

IT IS SURPRISING TO BE ON THE LINES MORE THAN 40MIN SO THAT THEY CAN TAKE A CALL AND CHANNEL YOU ONLINE WITHOUT ANSWER, I WOULDN'T WANT OR TO KNOW HOW THEIR SERVICE IS LEAVES A LOT OF QUALIFICATION, SEND AN EMAIL I HOPE AND THAT IF THEY CAN FOLLOW YOU, I THINK WE WOULD NOT HAVE TO REACH OTHER INSTITUTIONS SO THEY CAN FOLLOW UP.

PESIMOOOO, I HAVE TAKEN WEEKS TRYING TO DEPOSIT THE PAYMENT TO DAMAGE BY THIRD PARTIES AND IT HAS BEEN TORTURE, THEY ANSWER BADLY, THEY ASK YOU NOT TO CALL AGAIN, TO SEND EMAIL WHICH THEY NEVER ANSWER, I CANNOT REMOVE MY AUTHOR WORKSHOP IN AGREEMENT ALL BECAUSE OF THEIR BAD ORIENTATIONS, MAYBE THEY DON'T CARE, BUT THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
