No me resolvieron mi queja respecto a que me canalizaron al taller Auto Spa y pasó un mes para que me entreguen el auto por un golpe en la puerta, tuve que ir porque me dejaron de contestar las llamadas. Me entregaron el auto con un golpe que no tenía cuando lo dejé y no se hicieron responsables. De nada sirve el formato de recepción de vehículo que demuestra que no tenía el golpe y ni los videos me dejaron ver para comprobárselos.
 Bad service and attention! They did not resolve my complaint about being referred to the Auto Spa workshop and it took a month for the car to be delivered to me due to a knock on the door, I had to go because they stopped answering my calls. They gave me the car with a blow that I did not have when I left it and they were not responsible. The vehicle reception format is useless, which shows that I did not have the blow and nor the videos they let me see to verify them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué falta de respeto que jueguen con el tiempo de las personas supongo que sí fuera lo contrario no habría problema y por su parte pueden esperar... Definitivamente pésimo servicio ojalá puedan movilizar el proceso, dar una fecha exacta y ser puntuales en tiempo y forma. Ésto no es la única actividad que tenemos durante el día cómo para que todavía perder tiempo y discutir con ustedes. Espero esté hablando con alguien verdaderamente responsable y ético.
What disrespect they play with people's time I suppose that if it were the opposite there would be no problem and for their part they can wait ... Definitely bad service I hope they can mobilize the process, give an exact date and be punctual in time and form . This is not the only activity we have during the day how to still waste time and discuss with you. I hope you are talking to someone who is truly responsible and ethical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es excelente, con ellos tuve muy buena asesoría para elegir correctamente las coberturas de la póliza. Cuando compre mi auto nuevo traía un seguro de "regalo", pero en HDI me orientaron muy bien y me di cuenta porque regalan las agencias esas basuras de seguro. Es mejor comprar un buen seguro y evitarte enojos futuros y no confiar en las coberturas de esos seguros basura.

When I bought my new car I had a "gift" insurance, but in HDI they guided me very well and I realized why the agencies give away those insurance garbage. It is better to buy good insurance and avoid future anger and not rely on the coverage of such junk insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super lentos en darme el pago de reparación del daño, supuestamente te lo dan en 7 días hábiles, pero en mi caso fue en 13 días hábiles porque el valuador se estaba haciendo pen.. con lo que le correspondía hacer. Y no se podía seguir con el tramite de la finiquitacion del pago de daño. Y sus asesores se quedan callados cuando comienzas a solicitar una explicación de la tardanza, pésima su capacitación de atención al cliente.

Sugerencia para los terceros afectados por HDI: Vallan a juicio porque el proceso se pago no vale la pena y tarda lo mismo
