★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si no es tu seguro y resultas ser el afectado el servicio pesimo no se ponen de acuerdo con sus talleres y no se hacen reponsables por reparaciones te otorgan el dinero y regatean. Pesimo pesimo pesimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este no es el medio oficial y ya metimos la queja al 01800 pero me seguiré quejando de su servicio para que tomen conciencia... Nunca había tenido un seguro con ustedes hasta hace poco en la compra de un coche...tuvimos un siniestro el 21 de marzo y por tardanza en su respuesta y autorizaciones finalmente el coche nos los entregaron hace 2 semanas apenas, y justo hace 2 días se me bloquea la dirección al ir manejando imposibilitando esto continuar, como pude me salí del carril y el reporte técnico es que ustedes cometieron la NEGLIGENCIA de no autorizar una pieza de la dirección que se reportó como dañada desde el inicio, argumentando que no era necesario ... por fortuna y porque iba a una lateral no pasó a mayores, me pregunto que hubiera pasado en una autopista o curva con esta NEGLIGENCIA DE HDI?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contraten HDI. No recomendable para nada. Tube una inundación el 28 de agosto.. Mi carro sigue en la agencia. El seguro no me quiere cubrir por la Inundación que daño mi motor. Y me están cobrando casi 70 mil pesos para que lo pongan nuevo. Muy mal servicio del agente Miguel Díaz no apoyan a sus clientes o es claros con ellos. Terminando este problema voy a cancelar mi seguro con HDI.
Do not hire HDI. Not recommended at all. I had a flood on August 28th. My car is still at the dealership. The insurance does not want to cover me for the Flood that damaged my engine. And they are charging me almost 70 thousand pesos to put it back. Very poor service from the agent Miguel Díaz does not support his clients or is clear with them. Finishing this problem I am going to cancel my insurance with HDI.
