★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, casi nunca contestan el teléfono y cuando contestan de muy mala gana, Alejandra Camargo no sabe responder nada y no puedes hablar con nadie más. Los ajustadores más que hacerte sentir confianza te hacen sentir culpable, no avisan a que taller llevan los vehículos siniestrados y menos cuando los sacan del corralón. En la vida vuelvo a asegurar mi coche con ellos.

Y lo peor contestan con un bot. Diciendo que están a mis órdenes. Cuando no saben ni que ondas. Yo sigo con mi problema. Desde hace 4 meses. Y hoy día nos dejaron muy mal a la empresa que estaba arreglado mi carro y a mí. Por un accidente que yo no cometi. Diciendo primero que si me hiban a pagar y cuando finalmente llegaron las piezas y las hiban a instalar ... DIJO MI MAMA QUE SIEMPRE NO. Con eso nos salió la fenomenal empresa de HDI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo seguimiento. Llevo 1 mes tratando de que me solucionen el cambio de un parabrisas (está autorizado, está asignado, y solo pedí la reasignación a la agencia VW y hasta me dijeron que también ya había quedado y nada), uno tiene que estar acarreándolos e investigando cómo va todo.

Buenos para buscarte para venderte el seguro de auto, pero luego de un accidente nadie te da información, tienes que andar detrás de ellos como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. Fueron 6 meses de batallar para cambiar un faro y una parilla.
Terrible service. I don't leave zero stars because you can't. Good to look for you to sell you car insurance, but after an accident nobody gives you information, you have to walk behind them as if they were doing you a favor. It was 6 months of struggling to change a headlight and a grill.
