Marque para poder escribir el servicio recibido el pasado 26 de febrero donde 2 autos me pegaron el cual uno tenia seguro y el otro no, ami parecer el ajustador se dirigio al que tenia seguro y con el otro conductor hablo nada mas y lo dejo ir, yo tuve que tomarle fotos a sus placas y en su reporte solo menciono un solo auto al otro ni lo menciono y no coincide su version con la mia ya que yo si menciono ambos autos solo me dijo que demandara y me piden un asesor juridicio el cual la compañia no me ha otorgado de que sirve pagar el seguro si no tengo el apoyo por parte de HDI alguien que si pueda darme seguimiento por favor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen día, agradezco el interés, ya estoy en contacto con alguien de HDI, los detalles resumidos son los siguientes: cambio de cristal parabrisas, no incluyen el empaque (es como vender una bebida gaseosa sin tapa, fué por reembolso (yo hice la gestión porque a la cristalera que me enviaron me querían hacer creer que el vidrio era de buena calidad y no me aseguraban el sellado ni el trabajo), me dieron hasta el 11-12-2020 para recibir la factura del reembolso, la envié el 10 por atraso de la agencia y al siguiente día me dijeron que cerraron antes y que mi pago sería hasta el 2021
