HeadSeekers was founded in 2011 by Aura Mione, who previously worked for a decade at Russell Reynolds Associates in Madrid and Mexico City.

Our motto is “Professional Search, Personal Touch”, because we partner with clients, personally managing each assignment across diverse industries and functions to attract, assess and identify senior level executives.

We utilize proven search methodology. Our fees are transparent and affordable. We have a full time commitment with each client to deliver high quality results.

Today, 70% of our mandates come from repeat business and referrals from satisfied clients.
