★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio telefónico. La persona que contesta parece estar molesta todo el tiempo y no da ninguna información por teléfono, además de que te cuelga la llamada. El precio de un solo producto no lo puede dar por vía telefónica e indica que la información solo se da en persona...falta de respeto al tiempo de uno si lo que uno quiere es planear la visita para no perder tanto tiempo en una zona tan insegura donde se encuentra. La atención es pésima y no tienen idea de lo que significa el servicio. Lastima que estén vendiendo productos con conciencia si no saben generar empatía por sus posibles clientes.

Yo he querido desde hace mucho tiempo combrar jabones y otros productos de calendula a mayoreo porque mi piel es algo delicada y los jabones normales me lastiman, pero nunca resuelven en sus redes socialesy sigo sin saber sus horarios ahora por la pandemia.
Puedo comprar sus jabones en Farmacia Guadalajara pero muchas veces solo tienen un par de piezas y luego en esas farmacias no siguen los protocolos mínimo de seguridad para evitar el Covid.

I can buy their soaps at Farmacia Guadalajara but many times they only have a couple of pieces and then in those pharmacies they do not follow the minimum security protocols to avoid Covid.

Si no sabes qué vas a comprar, las personas que atienden la puerta no te dan información. Además, son todo lo contrario a amables.
