★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de atención. Te piden los datos y te dan el precio del concentrador de oxígeno. Luego te conectan con otra persona para informarte que no hay equipos y que no saben cuándo llegarán. Eso sí, aceptan dinero para que compres esos equipos inexistentes.
 Terrible customer service. They ask for the data and give you the price of the oxygen concentrator. Then they connect you with another person to inform you that there are no teams and that they do not know when they will arrive. Of course, they accept money to buy those non-existent equipment.

El Dr. Plasencia fue muy atento, ya habíamos visto a varios médicos que no tenían ni idea de lo que pasaba, y el hizo una revision completa, nos dió su diagnóstico y tratamiento y se aseguró de que no nos quedáramos con ninguna duda.
