★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada dos meses asisto al centro de salud a consulta debido a que padezco de una enfermedad crónica (alta presión arterial) El día 20 de mayo me dieron a las 10:40 hs.,en esa ocasión no pude tener consulta debido a que la doctora que me atiende no estaba asistiendo a laborar por lo que la enfermera recepcionista me indico asistir el mes de junio para tener consulta.El día de hoy 25 de junio de 2015 asistí al centro de salud para consulta y recibir medicamentos y la recepcionista me salio con que no me podían atender,que la Dra. me daría cita para consulta y recibir medicamentos el día 26 de agosto 015 ( ????) De manera que no recibo atención ni medicamentos desde marzo 015. Yo me pregunto,no se están violando mis derechos como paciente con esta pésima atención? Aparte para tener la ficha para primera cita la recepcionista te dice hay que acudir al centro de salud a las 4 o 5 de la madrugada para recibir la ficha,si llegas a las 6 ya no se alcanza cita. Verdaderamente es vergonzoso la pésima atención que dan en este lugar. A donde puedo acudir para poner mi queja? Mi salud corre grave riesgo si no recibo medicamentos,soy una persona de la tercera edad.Gracias.

So that I have not received care or medications since March 015. I wonder, they are not being violated my rights as a patient with this bad attention? Apart from having the file for the first appointment, the receptionist tells you to go to the health center at 4 or 5 in the morning to receive the file, if you arrive at 6 no more than an appointment is reached. It is truly shameful the lousy attention they give in this place. Where can I go to file my complaint? My health is at serious risk if I do not receive medication, I am a senior citizen. Thank you.

La que toma el registro de las personas que entran es nefasta, nombró a mi bebé y dejo pasar a otra persona y después me hizo lo mismo, haciéndome perder el turno en DOS ocasiones, claro por andar comiendo sus quesadillas en su horario de trabajo no se daba cuenta de lo que estaba haciendo; por eso recomiendo que mejor lleven a sus bebés a vacunar al centro de salud del norte de cuernavaca ahí el trato es mejor y no se tardan tanto como este.
