★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los médicos y en específico el doctor dental es un grosero y aparte de faltar al respeto se niega a dar el servicio falta cambio de personal para mejorar ya que siempre que uno necesita el servicio lo niegan por mil pretextos nunca atienden emergencias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta comunicación entre los empleados e información clara, por desgracia tienen muchos trámites para una consulta de planificación, a pesar de estar en sus registros no atenderte y decir que vallan otro día (siendo qué es la segunda vez qué lo piden) argumentando qué no tienen tiempo de buscar en sus archivos.

Tengo suficientes motivos de decirlo
1- el mal trato a los pacientes
2- alto nivel de burocracia
3- abuso de autoridad
Tengo pruebas suficientes y también testigos de los hechos se abrió a las 9:45 AM por qué el personal tenía que desayunar y si querían esperar que esperen hasta que acabe de desayunar y que voy a desayunar. Con esas palabras y despotismo hablo, entonces no se respeta y la quejas hacia el personal que ese día se encontraba laborando en pruebas covid-19 y también hago de su conocimiento que presente legalmente mi queja al Estado de México por que como funcionarios que somos tenemos que brindar un servicio de calidad y humanidad por nuestra profesión revisemos nuestro personal si no está agusto que se valla a su casa a descansar a desayunar a hacer lo que tenga que hacer la población son la razón de ser de nosotros como médicos .

1- bad treatment of patients
2- high level of bureaucracy
3- abuse of authority
I have enough evidence and also witnesses to the events it was opened at 9:45 AM why the staff had to have breakfast and if they wanted to wait for them to wait until I finish breakfast and that I am going to have breakfast. With those words and despotism I speak, so the complaints are not respected and the staff who that day were working on covid-19 tests and I also inform you that I legally present my complaint to the State of Mexico because as officials that we are we have To provide a service of quality and humanity for our profession. Let us review our staff. If it is not comfortable for them to go home to rest and have breakfast to do what the population has to do, they are the reason for being of us as doctors.
