★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son 8:15 am Hay bastante gente esperando desde las 6 de la mañana y aún no dan servicio, si la atención empieza a las 8 ya deberian de estar listos, no comenzar a alistarse a esa hora, tache!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble su inconsciencia y falta de compromiso para ejercer sus labores, para que indican un horario de laboratorio de 7:00 a 7:30 AM si van a empezar cuando se les de su gana son las 7:53 y aún no pasan a tomar muestra de ninguna persona y la mayoría son personas en riesgo por la situación que se vive en el mundo. Si no quieren trabajar para que se alquilan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención tanto de la chica de la caja como de las personas que atienden para hacer los estudios, están cobrando por un servicio y aún así su atención es súper mala, son muy groseros y hasta les gritan a los pacientes. Dan citas para antes de las 8 pero comienzan a llegar hasta pasadas las 10 am. Se les piden informes e ignoran a la gente.
Terrible attention from both the girl at the cash desk and the people who attend to do the studies, they are charging for a service and yet their attention is super bad, they are very rude and even yell at the patients. They give appointments before 8:00 but they start to show up until after 10 a.m. Reports are asked of them and people are ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médicos muy bien. En especial el dr. Humberto Ortiz. Enfermeras muy amables. Super rápida la atención a excepción del certificado médico. El cual se tardan casi 1 hora en llenar en archivo.
La entrada a consulta es sobre dr Erazo y para pruebas covid hay fila sobre dr Vértiz. Todos los servicios son gratis.
Doctors very well. Especially dr. Humberto Ortiz. Very friendly nurses. Super fast care except for the medical certificate. Which takes almost 1 hour to fill in the file.
The entry for consultation is on Dr. Erazo and for covid tests there is a line on Dr. Vértiz. All services are free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asistí el día domingo y la verdad llevan muy buen control , con el fin de evitar contagios , son rápidos y atentos con las personas que asisten ahí , además cabe mencionar que el Dr. Alvarado es muy amable y atento .
Recomiendan que asistan a este lugar , están atendiendo muy bien y no menosprecian a nadie .
Si no alcanzas fichas en la mañana te mandan más tarde a que regreses con el fin de que no te quedes sin lugar para tu prueba .
Que dios los ayude por el gran riesgo que corren al tomar estas pruebas y tratar con tanta gente contagiada .
Por cierto a la gente contagiada le dan un kit para que no salgan de sus casas , tal vez no es mucho pero al menos es algo !!!

They recommend that you attend this place, they are serving very well and they do not look down on anyone.
If you do not reach chips in the morning they send you back later so that you do not run out of room for your test.
God help you for the great risk you take in taking these tests and dealing with so many infected people.
By the way, infected people are given a kit so that they do not leave their homes, maybe it is not much but at least it is something!
