★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las clases te las cobran de 1 hora y son de menos tiempo. Para fitnes quieren hacerlo como crosfit. Creo que les falta capacitación en este sentido. Solo tome 3 clases, me decepcionó. La chica que da las clases es super mamona, si no eres de sus amigas no te atiende bien en las rutinas.
The classes are charged for 1 hour and are shorter. For fitness they want to do it as a crosfit. I think they lack training in this regard. I only took 3 classes, I was disappointed. The girl who teaches the classes is super sucker, if you are not one of her friends she does not take good care of you in the routines.
