Tuvimos una experiencia, tras recibir un baño tenía un derrame en su ojo derecho, sorprendidos y muy molestos no quedamos satisfechos con la explicación, sin embargo la día siguiente hicimos cita para preguntar lo sucedido. Nos atendió el doctor Veterinario quien tuvo a bien explicar de forma profesional y con toda la atención el porqué de su ojito.
Asumieron la responsabilidad por no haber tenido un explicación concreta, sin embargo nos quedó claro que está clínica tiene un compromiso formal por brindar un servicio de buen calidad y comprometidos con el bienestar de las mascotas. Modifiqué mi calificación y opinión no porque me hayan hecho algún ofrecimiento económico o algo similar, simplemente lo hago porque veo que su estándar de calidad en el servicio lo determinan sus acciones y quedé satisfecho con la atención posteriormente brindada. Ahora sí podría decir con certeza que recomiendo este lugar.

We had an experience, after receiving a bath he had a spill in his right eye, surprised and very upset we were not satisfied with the explanation, however the next day we made an appointment to ask what happened. We were attended by the Veterinary Doctor who was kind enough to explain in a professional way and with all the attention the reason for his little eye.
They assumed responsibility for not having had a concrete explanation, however it was clear to us that this clinic has a formal commitment to provide a good quality service and committed to the well-being of pets. I modified my rating and opinion not because they have made me an economic offer or something similar, I simply do it because I see that their service quality standard is determined by their actions and I was satisfied with the attention subsequently provided. Now I could say with certainty that I recommend this place.
