★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of us don’t realize how much stress we’re holding in until we have a physical experience that releases it. And we’re often so busy we don’t give ourselves the chance. OR, those of us in the spiritual/self-development space are so in-our-head, applying mindfulness and trying to live right, that we’re stressing ourselves out, literally holding our breath! Sometimes it’s not only nice, but NEEDED, to have a guide that helps us let go. Personally, I didn’t realize how much my nervous system needed breathwork until a session with Jason. He led me through every step, reminding me I was safe, and helping me both release and harness energy in a way that left me refreshed, revived and renewed. This is now an essential medicine in my self-care arsenal. Eternal appreciation ~LC
