Heaven at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya - 77710 Puerto Aventuras

Very nice place. People were amazing, especially our concierge Nacho! He went above and beyond what he had to do for us. The guys that shuttled us around were fun. Didn't quite get all the amenities each time our room was cleaned, but it didn't ruin the experience for us!

My husband and I could not stop talking about the incredible entertainment, hospitality and service we experienced here. Danny, Liss, April and Ivy were phenomenal and integral members of the entertainment staff! These guys have contagious energy and work so hard to engage and captivate their audience…you couldn’t catch them giving less than 110% if you tried. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because I’ve been to many resorts in the past and this experience has been unmatched.

This trip was 5* I couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon! Our personal assistants Moises & Edgar made the experience even better!! Their attention to detail was fantastic & were always on hand to answer questions and arrange things for us. The resort offered so much with regards to food, restaurants, entertainment and facilities far better then any resort I have ever stayed in! All the staff were friendly & welcoming- truly amazing and a credit to hard rock! I can’t wait to come back!!!

This vacation was excellent starting off with our butlers Edgar and Moises who were excellent and took care of everything for us from coffee in our room first thing in the morning, poolside chairs reserved, restaurant reservations, seats reserved at the nightly shows to making sure we had ice at night for drinks in our room. We also enjoyed the food especially in the French restaurant where we had Great service from our waiter Jose that we went back a second time and requested Jose. Abigail the manager of that restaurant made sure everything was great as well. The rest of the staff here are at the resort are very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying at this resort.

Fun resort with friendly staff and tasty food. The newly opened pool was beautiful and a great place to hang out during the day enjoying cool drinks. We had an upgraded room with a upper level that had a jacuzzi. I thought the room was nice, roomy, and the bed was comfortable with nice linens. The resort is BIG, so be prepared to walk. Beautiful lagoons to enjoy, plenty of pools, and tons of tasty food. Would definitely recommend.

I signed up for the Legendary Membership 5 years ago after visiting Hard Rock Hotel in Cancun. Finally I got a chance to use my membership.The place is well maintained and very clean. The staff works really hard to keep the place neat. My biggest disappointment was the food. The reason for me to have signed up back then it was the excellent food the hotel was serving. I have been to many all inclusive resorts but when I saw the quality of the food Hard Rock Hotel Cancun was serving, I was sold. Unfortunately things are very different right now. I don't know if it is because of the Pandemic or if they decided to cut costs, the food is very disappointing. Quality is down considerably and choices are few. If they had served this kind of food back then I would have never signed up for this membership. I hope they improve this. I still have to come a couple of more times since I already paid good money for this membership.

This resort was nothing short of AMAZING!! The service was awesome, the food was outstanding, and the entertainment was absolutely phenomenal! And I must say, the personal butlers/concierge that are offered are totally worth it! Made the stay so easy and convenient! They made sure we knew about all of the events and got us reservations to everything we wanted!! Totally got the VIP treatment from them! We definitely plan to return and also plan to bring the kids with us next time. Such an amazing couples get away as well as an extremely family friendly environment!

We had the best experience at this resort! We went to zen hibachi and had some great service! All the workers make sure we were well taken care of. After we checked out we realized we forgot our cell phone in the room and Axel helped get us back into our room to get it. We didn’t have one bad experience at this resort. Every single worker puts in a lot of effort to make sure the resort is kept clean and sanitized too!
