★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a real coffee-person, this is the place. Be not fooled by it being a franchise, it is probably because of it that they can get the best grains. I had a double espresso, Sumatra. Impeccable. Place is comfy. I only asked the tv volume to be brought down. I enjoyed every bit of my conversation and drop of coffee.
