â â â â â Penthouse suite with excellent view of Playa del Carmen and rooftop patio. One master bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a foldout futon. Two full bathrooms, and a large livingroom with 50" tv. Plenty of amenities and acceptable internet speeds (~10 MB/S), but I'm spoiled by the internet in the States.
Located in a gated neighborhood and includes two car spots, elevator access to the fourth floor, and equipped with A/C. The condo building includes a communal swimming pool and hot tub, although the hot tub is not heated ?
Playa del Carmen is only a few minutes away and lots of taxis are available one block over. Lots of public beaches, excellent restaurants, nightclubs and casinos.
