★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui un Lunes y no había mucha gente, se tardaron aproximadamente 15 minutos. Ordene una Cheese Bacon: La carne es de buen tamaño, el sazón sabía rico, estaba caliente el alimento, bien servido y envuelto.
Papas preparadas Buffalo/Mayo me gustaron mucho, el sabor y sazón que tenían, estaban calientes, tenían buena proporción, incluían un tenedor y desprendía buen aroma.
Lo malo es la espera (Si no tienes carro) ya que solo cuentan con una banca afuera, tuve que esperar sentado en la banqueta.
El servicio al cliente fue rápido y bueno, la cajera fue amable y coherente al brindarme la información y preguntarme: ¿Desea ordenar algo más?, ¿Te gustaría agregar esto a la orden?, entre otras…
I went on a Monday and there weren't many people, it took about 15 minutes. Order a Cheese Bacon: The meat is a good size, the seasoning tasted good, the food was hot, well served and wrapped.
I liked the Buffalo/Mayo prepared potatoes a lot, the flavor and seasoning they had, they were hot, they had a good proportion, they included a fork and they gave off a good aroma.
The bad thing is the wait (if you don't have a car) since they only have one bench outside, I had to wait sitting on the sidewalk.
The customer service was fast and good, the cashier was friendly and consistent in giving me the information and asking me: Do you want to order something else, would you like to add this to the order, among others…

Definitivamente eran buenas hamburguesas, mis favoritas. Sin embargo empezaron a dar las papas frías, pollo frío, y sin refresco llego mi promoción de “Miércoles”.
Eso no es tan malo comparado con el pobre servicio que me ofrecieron y cero soluciones, solo la burla.
Me gustaría que fuera como antes, hamburguesas siempre calientes, sabrosas y sin tener que lidiar con personas que en lugar de ayudar se burlan y siguen atiborrando de publicidad mi WhatsApp.
Lo divertido es ver como las hamburguesas de influencers van mejor preparada que la tuya.
PD. Preparense a recibir UNA servilleta y UN paquetito de Ketchup por cada hamburguesa.
I do not recommend
They were definitely good burgers, my favorite. However, they started giving out cold potatoes, cold chicken, and without a drink my "Wednesday" promotion arrived.
That's not so bad compared to the poor service they offered me and zero solutions, just the mockery.
I would like it to be like before, always hot, tasty hamburgers and without having to deal with people who instead of helping make fun of me and continue to fill my WhatsApp with advertising.
The funny thing is to see how the influencers' hamburgers are better prepared than yours.
P.S. Get ready to receive ONE napkin and ONE packet of Ketchup for each burger.
