El 27 de febrero encargué un taburete para tocador, dejé el 50% de anticipo y me dieron fecha de entrega de 3 semanas, ellos quedaron de comunicarse cosa que no han cumplido, yo me he estado comunicando para preguntar y solamente me han estado dando prórrogas de entrega, han pasado 11 semanas desde entonces y todavía es fecha de que no me han entregado lo que encargué, no se han interesado en comunicarse conmigo ni darme una justificación decente siquiera o en su defecto hacerme el reembolso correspondiente. Pésimo servicio al cliente y muy mal quedados.
Very bad experience. On February 27 I ordered a stool for a dressing table, I left a 50% advance and they gave me a delivery date of 3 weeks, they were left to communicate something that they have not complied with, I have been communicating to ask and they have only been giving me extensions delivery, it has been 11 weeks since then and it is still the date that they have not delivered what I ordered, they have not been interested in communicating with me or even giving me a decent justification or failing that they have given me the corresponding refund. Terrible customer service and very bad looks.
