★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La visita cuesta 50 pesos, sin embargo el lugar se encuentra descuidado, son máquinas muy antiguas, está muy empolvado, y el personal es 0 amable. Sin embargo la gente que acude ahí es un poco más agradable en su trato.
The visit costs 50 pesos, however the place is neglected, they are very old machines, it is very dusty, and the staff is 0 friendly. However, the people who go there are a bit more pleasant in their treatment.

La mayor ventaja de este gimnasio es que no tienes que estar haciendo fila para utilizar alguna maquina. Los dueños y el entrwnador son excelentes personas. Muy preparados y de gran trayectoria. Excellent gym If you really want to train. This is an excellent option. The biggest advantage of this gym is that you don't have to be in line to use any machine. The owners and the entertainer are excellent people. Very prepared and of great trajectory. I definitely made the best decision by signing up here. Very complete to train leg

Excellent gym, if you pay attention to beginners, spacious locker rooms, lockers, very affordable price to be in a mere center ... if you want real changes and have a goal, here you achieve it, they really support you to train ... 100% family atmosphere.

I am visiting Monterrey and called this gym to see if they had pay by the day. The gym near my hotel only took one month memberships.
Anyway, the equipment at this gym is so old and broken. No cardio equipment The lockers were all taken with locks, but there were onky 3 people at the gym. The place is dirty and very old and neglected
Worst gym i ever been. Don't bother
