P	P&SD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son geniales desconozco el porqué el comentario negativo, la verdad son a todo dar los 3 con los que tuve la suerte de tratar, lleve unas botas FLEXI que nadie pudo arreglar, sin embargo aquí hicieron todo lo posible y quedaron como nuevas además recomiendan sus productos con honestidad compre unas plantillas de gel que han resultado geniales y fui informado perfectamente lo que pueden durar, para mi solo puedo decir MIL GRACIAS They are great I do not know why the negative comment, the truth is to give all 3 with which I had the luck to deal with, wear FLEXI boots that nobody could fix, however here they did everything possible and they remained as new also recommend their products I honestly bought some gel templates that have been great and I was perfectly informed what they can last, for me I can only say THANK YOU

El encargado comentó que requería reemplazarlo el cierre completo, y lo hizo de pésima calidad. Al reclamarle, respondió que no podía quedar como estaba originalmente (no se si estaba en sus 5 sentidos). Deberían cambiar de encargado o cambiarle de nombre, no merece llevar la marca de Heel Quick. De nada sirve reclamar reparación de 150 pesos que echó a perder una funda de 2 mil. Poor quality. I brought an iPad case for closure repair, since a tooth had been broken and the car was coming off. The manager commented that the complete seal needed to be replaced, and it was of poor quality. When claiming him, he replied that he could not be as he was originally (I do not know if he was in his 5 senses). They should change their manager or change their name, they do not deserve to carry the Heel Quick brand. It is useless to claim reparation of 150 pesos that spoiled a 2 thousand case.

Con muchísima grosería el zapatero (que fue quien me recibió los zapatos) me regañó porque él no podía trabajar si yo no le daba una medida del empeine (que nunca me pidió ni siquiera cuando me recibió los zapatos) y si su proveedor no le traía la elástica (como si eso fuera mi responsabilidad). Jamás recibí una llamada pidiendo la medida del empeine (que se le había olvidado a él pedirla), ni una llamada diciendo “no venga que su trabajo no está listo porque no nos ha llegado el material” y para colmo cuando voy salgo regañada “porque él no va a llamar a nadie y si no tiene material cómo va a trabajar”. Los tenis los regresan sucios, aún cuando se supone que los lavaron. No encontraban mis tenis y perdieron unas agujetas. Los precios los cambian a su conveniencia al hacer devoluciones. No lo recomendaría bajo ninguna circunstancia. Terrible service, they "forget" to do the work for the agreed date and for the second date that they also set. The sneakers return them dirty, even though they are supposed to have been washed. They couldn't find my tennis shoes and they lost some shoelaces. Prices are changed at your convenience when making returns. I would not recommend it under any circumstances.
