What a terrible experience here! I took my dress to fix because the beads of a brace were fraying and the combs were out of place, they were supposed to be in rows, and the lady who answered me said that if it could be done (this was already 2 weeks ago) and if it was missing canutillo warned me (leave my cel) and the 1st time I went to try to pick up the dress tells me that they did not reach and left a hole that did not have accounts and I said good, I'm going to buy them and I take them even though they were from a different size but I told him that it did not matter, it was just a small piece and he used the smaller ones. And I go today to pick it up (half a week later) and it tells me that I did not have the right needle and had to wait later and I realize that there were areas still with the sharp thread and that there was simply no way / I did not know how to straighten or that the crooked rows looked good, and I just wanted to leave because that lady seemed not to know what she was doing at that point instead of having told me that there was no way to solve it and I did not stay with some expectation. I really do not know what this lady was thinking, I finally told her to at least help me to reinforce the threads because I did not want her to fray again when taking to dry cleaning (which I think she could have done right from the beginning) and she gets to do it there. I left very angry, I only paid to leave there, not even see some supervisor there or something that could answer for what I consider bad work. I NEVER bring something back there.

I do not even know where to start, I left a bag for repair, they gave me a date of 8 days, I have been 4 months and they do not give me anything, every week I come and they are on the cell playing, nobody is responsible and I call to speak with a superior and they do not answer. Besides being unprofessional, irresponsible and thieves. Avoid grief, do not come!

I was delivered a product without the requested changes. They made me go back to the branch to leave them again since I had already paid and they did not want to return the money. They summoned me a few days later to pick them up, when my clothes arrived they were not ready yet and I had to wait approximately 40 minutes at the branch for the work to be finished. During the whole experience, no one took responsibility for what happened and they treated me quite badly. I will never go back, I spent more on gas and time than on the service haha

I arrived for my order, and they still hadn't finished it, they were fixing it in front of me, it had to be ready on a Tuesday, it happened on a Wednesday and they didn't even have it ready. They had good service, they rested on their laurels.

The attention was good on the part of the person who attended me, repair instantly since it was a small detail to be repaired and everything is fine, however, I consider that the prices are excessively high for repairs, I think the area in which it influences is the place.

Very bad service, I left my backpack to be repaired and they agreed to deliver it the next day at an hour, I arrived two days later and they were just starting to fix it, I had also left them the piece of the zipper so they could put it on and they put another one on me, I asked them that they put the original on me, after that they told me that it was ready and no, it was still unstitched, I returned it to them and anyway, it was still undercooked until the fourth time I insisted that they leave me the job well, they did it, lasting approx. like 45 min and when they returned it to me they did it very reluctantly.
