★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los arreglos fueron descuidados, carentes de detalle. Lleve unas zapatillas Nine West, cambiaron la plantilla misma que estaba mal recortada y no cubría completamente la zona destinada para pegar la plantilla, pusieron una capa de pintura negra sobre el ante lo cual quedó bien pero la suela de baqueta clara que es visible (no toca el piso) quedo manchada con el spray negro. No diría que no recomiendo el servicio ya que te saca de apuros pero aconsejaría dar indicaciones puntuales al reparador, no solo de lo que quieres para tu calzado sino también de lo que no quieres que le suceda.
 The arrangements were sloppy, lacking in detail. I was wearing Nine West shoes, they changed the insole itself that was poorly cut and did not completely cover the area destined to stick the insole, they put a layer of black paint on the suede which looked good but the clear ramrod sole that is visible (not touches the floor) was stained with the black spray. I would not say that I do not recommend the service since it gets you out of trouble but I would advise giving specific indications to the repairman, not only of what you want for your footwear but also of what you do not want to happen to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experiencia! Me hicieron regresar como 4 veces porque mi ropa no quedaba; el personal no es para nada atento, en especial quien te recibe y entrega la ropa, no tiene servicio al cliente, ha sido la peor sucursal de Heel Quick que conozco!
Horrible experience! They made me come back like 4 times because my clothes didn't fit; the staff is not at all attentive, especially those who receive you and deliver your clothes, they have no customer service, it has been the worst Heel Quick branch I know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. Un trabajo de un día les tomo tres y quedó mal. No tienen cambio a la hora de pagar y tiene que ir a buscar uno para facilitar el cobro. El zapatero con una mala actitud. Si fuera el dueño no trabajaría con una persona así. No vuelvo al lugar.
Bad service. A one-day job took three and it turned out badly. They have no change when paying and you have to go find one to facilitate collection. The shoemaker with a bad attitude. If I were the owner, I would not work with such a person. I'm not going back to the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal quedados con la entrega y trabajo hecho a la carrera.
Llevé un pantalón a qué le pusieran cierre, me dijeron que volviera al día siguiente a partir de las 13hrs , cuando llegué a las 14:30hrs aún no lo tenían y me dijeron que volviera en 20 minutos.
A los 20 minutos, a la carrera y mal hecho, me dieron el pantalón con un pésimo trabajo, naturalmente se los devolví para que lo hicieran bien.
No recomiendo venir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y pésimo servicio. Llevé unos tenis a lavar. Primero, 10 min antes de la fecha y hora de entrega, me llaman para decirme que no estaban listos que pase al día siguiente. Al día siguiente que fui a recogerlos, estaban exactamente igual que como cuando los llevé en un inicio. Sabía que era un costo un poco elevado y pensé, erróneamente, que era garantía de que quedarían bien. La persona que me atendió solo me decía: pues así es como los lavamos.
Terrible attention and terrible service. I took some tennis shoes to wash. First, 10 min before the delivery date and time, they call me to tell me they weren't ready for the next day to happen. The next day I went to pick them up, they were exactly the same as when I first took them.
