Very bad service! I had a jacket dyed with delivery in 3 weeks, I went after 5 weeks and it still wasn't there, they agreed to send it to my home, 3 weeks passed and it didn't arrive. I called them and they told me that the next day, another week had passed and still nothing... Very Very Very Bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención mala, hay mucha gente pero no se ponen de acuerdo quien atiende, siento que les quitas tiempo al ir a dejar tus artículos, sinceramente se ve que tienen trabajo pero lamentablemente no te sientes bien atendido.
En ropa me parece caro y zapatos bien lastima que no los trabajen como se promete, me hicieron regresar 4 veces por unos zapatos y nunca quedaron.
El lugar podría estar más limpio y se debería de poner atención en servicio al cliente.
The bad attention, there are many people but they do not agree who attends, I feel that you take time away when going to leave your articles, honestly it is seen that they have work but unfortunately you do not feel well cared for.
In clothes it seems expensive and shoes are very bad that they do not work as promised, they made me return 4 times for some shoes and they never remained.
The place could be cleaner and attention should be paid to customer service.
