★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato,convirtieron un momento que se supone debería ser especial en una horrible experiencia, me sentí discriminada y ridiculizada por las dos colaboradoras que están en plaza San Agustín, pese a haber agendado cita no respetaron mi tiempo y el trato en todo momento fue irrespetuoso tanto para mi persona como para mis acompañantes.
Terrible treatment, they turned a moment that is supposed to be special in a horrible experience, I felt discriminated against and ridiculed by the two collaborators who are in San Agustín square, despite having scheduled an appointment they did not respect my time and the treatment was disrespectful at all times both for my person and for my companions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan un mal servicio, el día de ayer fui con una amiga para buscar su vestido, la vendedora se porto muy apática, y yo estaba interesada en ir posteriomente para ver mi vestido de novia pero al ver el trato que le dieron a la que será mi dama de compañía claramente no estoy dispuesta a regresar de nuevo, todavía cuando salimos de la tienda la señorita nos cerro la puerta.

Fui a buscar un vestido para una boda civil, y la persona que me atendió no esta capacitada para orientar sobre como elegir un vestido y mucho mejor el tacto para hablar sobre la talla, soy una persona de talla 36, y claramente la dependienta no tuvo tacto en hacerlo notar y como no tenian vestidos de mi talla me dijo que en ninguna sucursal iban a tener porque EL PROBLEMA era mi talla, que casi llegaba a 40!!
Independientemente del servicio, como novia nos hacen sentir de lo peor al hacer comentarios de ese tipo. Si estaba buscando vestidos era porque habia visto su página y realmente estaba interesada en sus modelos. Pero después de esta experiencia es mas que obvio que no son una buena tienda para novias.
I want to report the attention of your vendors at the downtown branch. I went to look for a dress for a civil wedding, and the person who attended me is not qualified to guide me on how to choose a dress and much better the tact to talk about the size, I am a person of size 36, and clearly the saleswoman did not have Tactful in pointing it out and since they didn't have dresses in my size, he told me that they weren't going to have them in any branch because THE PROBLEM was my size, which was almost 40!!
Regardless of the service, as a girlfriend they make us feel the worst when making comments like that. If she was looking for dresses it was because she had seen your page and was really interested in your models. But after this experience it is more than obvious that they are not a good bridal shop.
