★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque el servicio es bueno y la cama de masajes de primera, el paquete SPARTY no tan disfrutable. Fuimos 5 amigas y yo solo puede convivir con una de ellas durante toda la estancia. Chicas si adquieren el paquete Sparty asegúrense que pasen al masaje todas al mismo tiempo, si no las separaran y no se verán si no hasta el final que estén ya cambiadas y listas para salir. Te dan la opción de estar todas juntas en las “instalaciones” al final y si con esto te imaginas que van a estar en el jacuzzi o el sauna te equivocas, las pasarán a una sala donde no es muy cómodo estar en bata. Vayan después de haber comido porque terminarán hambrientas y la botana que dan no es mala pero es una cantidad mínima. Saldrás súper relajada con sueño y hambre.
Although the service is good and the massage bed is first-rate, the SPARTY package is not so enjoyable. We were 5 friends and I can only live with one of them during the entire stay. Girls if you buy the Sparty package make sure they all go to the massage at the same time, otherwise they will separate them and they will not see each other until the end that they are already changed and ready to go. They give you the option of being all together in the "facilities" at the end and if with this you imagine that they are going to be in the jacuzzi or the sauna you are wrong, they will move them to a room where it is not very comfortable to be in a robe. Go after eating because you will end up hungry and the snack they give is not bad but it is a minimal amount. You will leave super relaxed sleepy and hungry.

Las instalaciones y servicios muy bien, sin embargo no le doy 5 estrellas porque en un lugar como este, con el costo que tiene, no te pueden decir que ya están apagados el vapor y el jacuzzi por ya "casi cierran". Programenlo hasta que se haya atendido al último cliente. Así funciona el servicio al cliente, a favor de éste.
Without a doubt the best or the best relaxing massages I have ever had. The facilities and services very well, however I do not give it 5 stars because in a place like this, with the cost that it has, you can not tell that the steam and the Jacuzzi are already off by now they "almost close". Schedule it until the last customer has been served. This is how customer service works, in favor of this.
