★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos Janima Family, una familia de Barcelona dando la vuelta al mundo y estuvimos en esta heladeria y a parte del gusto de los helados, el trato recibido fue pesimo. Le pedi probar un helado con una cucharilla de esas chiquitas para probar el gusto y la primera contestacion de la señora fue que iba a hacerbuna excepcion pero que no daban a probar....le conteste que como iba a saber si me gustaria si era un gusto que normalmente no comia y la respuesta fue demoledora: "18 pesos no creo que afecten a su economia"....le dije como?????
No es por dinero señora, es que si no me gusta el gusto, para que lo voy a pedir si me lo voy a tener que comer a disgusto o incluso tirarlo a la basura....ADEMAS QUE TIENE QUE VER RL GUSTO DEL HELADO CON EL PRECIO QUE VALGA????
La versad que hay gente que mejor trabajase en una fabrica y que dejasen el trato al publico para alguien que realmente disfrutase relacionandose con las personas....
We are Janima Family, a family from Barcelona going around the world and we were in this ice cream parlor and apart from the taste of ice creams, the treatment received was terrible. I asked him to try an ice cream with one of those little teaspoons to test the taste and the lady's first reply was that she was going to make an exception but they didn't give us a try ... I answered that how would I know if I would like it if it was a taste that normally did not eat and the response was devastating: "18 pesos I do not think they affect your economy" .... I said how ?????
It's not for money ma'am, it's that if I don't like the taste, why am I going to ask for it if I'm going to have to eat it reluctantly or even throw it away ... BESIDES THAT YOU HAVE TO SEE RL TASTE OF ICE CREAM WITH THE PRICE THAT IS WORTH ????
The truth is that there are people who better work in a factory and leave the deal to the public for someone who really enjoyed interacting with people ...
