★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy, no me gustó tanto mi bola de nieve en barquillo, estubo desabrido, no se que pasaría,lo probó también mi pareja, y opino lo mismo, se sentían algunos grumitos, como si tuviera coco pulverizado, no llegaba a rayadura, Hera de napolitano, y lo malo que no fue una lluvia de sabor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 18 de Abril acudimos cómo de costumbre por un helado, pedimos dos zum zum medianos y un cono.
Me levanté a pedir dos servilletas y recibí una torcida de ojos ?. Pedimos el baño para lavarle las manos a mi hijo, y la empleada me dijo de mala manera y tajantemente " no sirve ". Casualmente la semana pasada tampoco servía y me queda la duda, ¿A donde acuden sus empleadas al baño? O simplemente los clientes no tienen derecho y acceso a un lavamanos.
Unos minutos más tarde mi hijo de 4 años le pidió nuevamente 3 servilletas (el pidió un cono) y la empleada le dijo eso ya es ingrediente extra, Son 5 pesos, lo cual desconcertó a mi hijo.
He sido fan de sus helados desde que era un niño, deberían capacitar a su personal y supervisar el trato ofrecido a su clientela.
Nosotros no volvemos.
On April 18 we went as usual for an ice cream, we ordered two medium zum zum and a cone.
I got up to ask for two napkins and received a crooked eye ?. We asked for the bathroom to wash my son's hands, and the employee told me in a bad way and emphatically "it's not working". Coincidentally last week it didn't work either and I have the question, where do your employees go to the bathroom? Or simply customers do not have the right and access to a sink.
A few minutes later my 4-year-old son asked for 3 napkins again (he asked for a cone) and the employee told him that is already an extra ingredient, it's 5 pesos, which disconcerted my son.
I have been a fan of their ice cream since I was a child, they should train their staff and supervise the treatment offered to their clientele.
We don't come back.
