★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las dos veces que fui tuve una mala experiencia el personal antiguo era más amable, las chicas de ahora son pura apariencia no tratan a todos por igual, son emocionales, metiches, egocéntricas e ignorantes en cuanto a la atencion del cliente, antipáticas a la hora de la resolución de sus propios errores, no saben lo que venden o no quieren vender, niegan producto que si hay y recomiendan otras papelerías. Lastima porque tienen variedad pero pésimo personal, no regreso y no lo recomiendo. Prefiero comprar en otro lado donde si se merecen su sueldo.
The two times I went I had a bad experience, the old staff was more friendly, the girls now are pure appearance, they do not treat everyone the same, they are emotional, nosy, self-centered and ignorant in terms of customer service, unfriendly at the time of solving their own mistakes, they don't know what they sell or don't want to sell, they deny products that exist and recommend other stationery stores. Too bad because they have variety but lousy staff, I will not return and I do not recommend it. I prefer to buy elsewhere where they do deserve their salary.
