★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tengo comentario malo sobre el helado, lo que opaca es el PÉSIMO SERVICIO de las personas que están atendiendo en esta sucursal.
Da pena hasta preguntar o solicitar que nos vendan un helado porque pareciera que les enoja vender y tener gente, ya van un par de ocasiones que voy y el joven que atiende me contesta de mal modo o simplemente me atiende con lo que quiere !!!
Ojalá los encargados tomen acciones, porque esa actitud aleja a los clientes !!!
 I have no bad comment about the ice cream, what is opaque is the AWFUL SERVICE of the people who are serving in this branch.
It's embarrassing to even ask or request that they sell us an ice cream because it seems that selling and having people annoys them, there have been a couple of times I go and the young man who attends answers me in a bad way or simply attends to me with what he wants !!!
I hope the managers take action, because that attitude drives customers away!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo era fanática del Dolphyccino de óreo, pero ya no por la presencia en mi bebida de abejas muertas y lo peor que me percaté hasta que tuve la sensación rara en mi boca jaja, encontré 2..pero quizá eran más, (tiré la bebida y ya no pude comprobar el total jaja). También debo decir que nunca me pasó en otras sucursales, pero mi mente ya lo relacionará a esta experiencia no grata, así que ya no compraré nada. Comprendo que las abejas siguen lo dulce, pero por inocuidad se deben establecer procedimientos para evitar que se queden atrapadas en los alimentos, porque esta vez fueron abejas y la siguiente...que será?
I was a fan of the oreo Dolphyccino, but not anymore because of the presence of dead bees in my drink and the worst thing I noticed until I had the strange sensation in my mouth haha, I found 2...but maybe they were more, (I threw the drink and I couldn't check the total anymore haha). I must also say that it never happened to me in other branches, but my mind will already relate it to this unpleasant experience, so I will not buy anything anymore. I understand that bees follow what is sweet, but for safety reasons, procedures must be established to prevent them from getting trapped in food, because this time it was bees and the next... what will it be?
