★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal mal,pésima atención, ayer domingo 5 de sep y hoy lunes 6 de sep 2021, hoy el colmo, la señorita de cabello oscuro no me dio cuchara para mi bebida CON NIEVE de chamoy, se la pedí y me daba una USADA no mams ... el colmo!!! Le comente que siempre me ponen una ademas del popote (soy cliente frecuente !) Ahhh pues me la cobro... en 6 pesos... hasta otra cliente le dijo, : - a mi tambien siempre me la regalan. Le dije si pero ella me la quiere cobrar hoy.
Se que es dificil atender clientes . Pero neta si tu fuerte es otro cambia de trabajo. Las personas merecemos atencion y al menos un trato digno. Una cuchara usada... vieja loca

Consumo frecuentemente en este lugar por qué soy fan del helado, pero con el servicio tan deficiente que dan ya no me dan ganas de volver.
La señora te atiende como si les estuvieras haciendo el favor de consumir, como si te lo regalará, lo cual no es así; aparte en vez de hablar te grita y se pone en un modo feo, si tiene problemas en su casa no los debería de traer a su trabajo.
Estoy pagando por un servicio lo menos que pueden hacer es atender bien a la gente, si no les gusta mejor consiganse otro trabajo.
