★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 29/01/22 les platico tristemente... hoy aproximadamente a las 4.30 mi familia y yo acudimos al lugar por unas nieves, nuestra orden inicial fueron 3 bolas y 1 banana split, pagamos y antes de que nos atendieran mis hijos vieron los capuchinos que venden y decidieron cambiar sus nieves por capuchinos a lo que decidi dirigirme con la cajera para que me hiciera favor de cambiar mi orden, puesto que aun faltaban 2 clientes por atender! Me comento que no tenia cancelacion por lo que le pedi hablar con el gerente o supervisor lo cual me dijo que no habia! Le dije pues es que no me haz servido y yo no ya quiero esto y ella fue muy grocera al ignorarme cuando yo le hablaba, me quede ahi parada esperando que decidiera ponerme atencion y por fin con muy mala actitud decidio tomar mi ticket y regresarme mi dinero

I commented that I did not have cancellation for what I asked to talk to the manager or supervisor which he told me there was not! I said it is that you do not have me served and I do not want this and she was very fitting to ignore me when I spoke to me, I stayed there I stop waiting for him to decide to pay attention and finally with very bad attitude he decided to take my ticket and return my money
