★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta mucho esta sucursal. A pesar de que vivo a 5 min de la sucursal que está en calle Tizimín, prefiero venir con mi familia a esta de Villa Coapa.
Muy tranquila, limpia, muy atentas las señoritas.
Para mi, vale la pena hacer el traslado... Obvio para hacer otras cosas además de pasar al Frody
I really like this branch. Even though I live 5 minutes from the branch that is on Tizimín street, I prefer to come with my family to this one in Villa Coapa.
Very quiet, clean, very attentive ladies.
For me, it is worth making the transfer... Obvious to do other things besides going to Frody

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La encargada siempre está con excelente actitud. Tiene muchas promos y la variedad de sabores es muy buena. Además no son tan caros como la mayoría de las heladerías. Tienen TMB para tu mascota. Super buen lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La locación cumple con los estándares de calidad de la franquicia, el sabor y variedad de los productos ofrecidos (helados, paletas, flotantes, etc.) es óptima; no excesiva, ni limitada. De igual manera, el servicio es rápido, con buena atención y trato por parte de los trabajadores.
El único inconveniente sería la nula existencia de un espacio para consumir en la locación. Fuera de eso, es un buen lugar para comprar una golosina y consentirte un poco.
The location meets the quality standards of the franchise, the flavor and variety of the products offered (ice cream, popsicles, floating, etc.) is optimal; neither excessive nor limited. In the same way, the service is fast, with good attention and treatment by the workers.
The only drawback would be the null existence of a space to consume in the location. Other than that, it's a good place to grab a treat and pamper yourself a bit.
