★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los helados están súper. La higiene muy mala. La chica que nos atendió estaba tocando TODO con los guantes, se le cayó el ventilador al piso y lo levanto con los guantes puestos y así nos siguió despachando. TENGAN MÁS HIGIENE.
The ice creams are super. Very bad hygiene. The girl who attended us was touching EVERYTHING with her gloves, the fan fell to the floor and she picked it up with her gloves on and so she continued to dispatch us. HAVE MORE HYGIENE.

Aparte en la sucursal mi mamá paso a ver los helados y a pedir, ella quería ver los helados y la señorita le dijo que del otro lado estaban los sabores para que los viera en el menu, y mientras ella pedia los helados la otra señorita estaba trapeando dejandole solo el pedacito donde mi mama estaba parada, de muy mala educación estar trapeando. Y para terminar me salio un pedazo de fierro o algo asi en el helado
The flavor of the ice cream leaves a lot to be desired. Besides, at the branch, my mother went to see the ice creams and to order, she wanted to see the ice creams and the lady told her that the flavors were on the other side so she could see them on the menu, and while she ordered the ice creams the other lady was mopping leaving only the little bit where my mom was standing, it was very rude to be mopping. And to finish I got a piece of iron or something like that in the ice cream

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los helados como en todas las sucursales son muy buenos, mi favorito es el de pay de limón, los precios son accesibles. Justo en esta sucursal mi experiencia no fue tan agradable pues la chica que me atendió se portó de una forma déspota, no tiene tacto para tratar a los clientes, creo se llama o le dicen Kotti o algo así. Deberían de darles un curso acerca de cómo tratar a las personas.
The ice creams, like in all the branches, are very good, my favorite is the lemon pie, the prices are affordable. Just in this branch my experience was not so pleasant because the girl who attended me behaved in a despotic way, she has no tact to treat customers, I think her name is Kotti or something like that. They should give them a course on how to treat people.
