★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent ice cream. All of their offerings are milk/cream-based, as opposed to the water-based helados which are more common in Xalapa. Smooth texture and nice, creamy consistency. I got the 'Secret Recipe' which is a perfect combination of coffee, caramel, and chocolate.
The seating area inside was clean and colorful, but overall not particularly inviting.
