★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola buenas tardes....quiero dar una opinión sobre la experiencia tan mala que tuve en la heladería.... compré un frappe con bola de helado triple chocolate...para empezar cobran aparte la crema batida ...la textura del frappé parecía más un licuado tuve que decirle a la señorita que le pusiera chocolate líquido alrededor como me lo sirvieron en la sucursal Regina la cuál fue una gran experiencia tanto la textura del frappé( como debe ser )no me cobraron la crema batida a parte ...le dije a la señorita que la textura estaba muy aguada y me contestó que si lo quería así que el frappé solo llegaría a la mitad del vaso ..y yo de ????..me explicó que cada sucursal es diferente pero yo creo que debería ser exactamente lo mismo creo que ese el éxito de las empresas de alimentos repetir el mismo patrón que gusta y mantenerlo igual...es como si voy a un Starbucks y me dicen amm no pues es que el de la esquina es diferente al de nosotros jajajaja . LES JURO QUE EL FRAPPÉ NO ME DURO NI 15 MINUTOS .No volvería a comprar ahí un frappe aunque quede a la vuelta de mi casa
Hello, good afternoon....I want to give an opinion about the bad experience I had in the ice cream parlor....I bought a frappe with a triple chocolate ice cream scoop...to begin with, they charge separately for the whipped cream...the texture of the The frappé seemed more like a smoothie, I had to tell the lady to put liquid chocolate around it, as they served it to me at the Regina branch, which was a great experience, both for the texture of the frappé (as it should be), they did not charge me for the whipped cream separately. ..I told the lady that the texture was very watery and she replied that if I wanted it so the frappé would only reach half the glass ..and I said ???? ..she explained that each branch is different but I think it should be exactly the same, I think that's the success of food companies, repeating the same pattern that they like and keeping it the same...it's like if I go to a Starbucks and they say um no, well, the one on the corner is different from us hahahaha. I SWEAR THAT THE FRAPPÉ DID NOT LAST EVEN 15 MINUTES. I would not buy a frappe there again even if it is just around the corner from my house
