★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención ... Me sacaron del local después de pagar para entregarme 2 smothies afuera como si estuviera pidiendo limosna, solo estábamos 2 en el local ... Les falta mucha capacitación en servicio al cliente ... imposible su promoción 2 x $115, te suman tipo de leche ... Solo pedí 2 smothies!!!!
 Terrible attention ... They took me out of the premises after paying to give me 2 smothies outside as if I was begging, we were only 2 in the premises ... They lack a lot of training in customer service ... their promotion 2 x $ 115 impossible, They add type of milk ... I only ordered 2 smothies !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Están en una plaza petfriendly y algunos negocios pequeños como estos te sacan si acudes con mascota. Les gusta perder clientes y por productos tan económicos.
Terrible attention. They are in a pet-friendly plaza and some small businesses like these take you out if you go with a pet. They like to lose customers and for such cheap products.

Dice que cierran 10 pm. Pero para variar un mal empleado afectando al dueño que ni enterado.
I tried to buy an ice cream 9:44 pm and they didn't attend me .... the doors covered with chairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dan gustacion. Dicen que es por pandemia. Que no se puede retirar mascara. Cuando sugeri que saldría de la tienda me comentan que no se puede. Hay una mesa dentro de la tienda donde se puede sentar a comer. Están aprovechándose. Compramos cinco helados, y no dejan degustar uno. Ridiculo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream is delicious but service is horrible. The guys that work there are very unfriendly. They weigh the ice cream scoop for a long time to make sure it has the "right" weight before serving it, which I think is very weird and feels awkward. Don't recommend and won't be back. The one in City Center is way better in regards to service.
