★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los helados están bien, pero el personal es sucio. Cuando fuí la última vez estaban limpiando las ventanas y me atendieron y ni se molestaron en lavarse las manos.
 Ice creams are good, but the staff is dirty. When I went last time they were cleaning the windows and they treated me and didn't even bother to wash their hands.

2do Nunca tienen feria.
3ro No tienen buen trato al cliente ( siempre está de malas o no le gusta el trabajo, van a fuerza a trabajar)
4to Cuando he ido no tienen servilletas
Y muchos puntos negativos , pero también la nieve tiene un rico sabor y las paletas también pero por lo anterios le resta mucho a la sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los helados son deliciosos, eso sin duda . pero la atención en los sultana siempre es pésima!! no se si sea un requisito para trabajar ahí tratar mal a la gente o simplemente les molesta atender, en especial en este sultana la niña que atiende ahí muy mal . Sin mencionar que al momento de estar comiendo mi helado, me salió un rastro de jabón LITERAL jabón en polvo compactado por el frio del helado, me imagino que fue donde meten a lavar las boleadoras para servir.
The ice creams are delicious, that's for sure. but the attention in the sultana is always terrible !! I do not know if it is a requirement to work there to treat people badly or it simply bothers them to attend, especially in this sultana the girl who attends there very badly. Not to mention that when I was eating my ice cream, I got a trace of LITERAL soap powder compacted by the cold of the ice cream, I imagine that was where they put the boleadoras to wash to serve.
