★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, muy buena la nieve y otros productos helados, muy buen servicio, aunque a veces se hacen largas filas, el dia del niño, y el dia de las madres ponen los litros y las paletas al 2 x 1, la nieve de vainilla con cajeta y nuez esta increible.
Excellent place, very good snow and other frozen products, very good service, although sometimes long lines are made, the day of the child, and mothers day put the liter and paddle at 2 x 1, vanilla snow with cajeta and walnut is incredible.

Llegamos y ni siquiera preguntan que vamos a llevar, luego se les pregunta algo y contestan de mala manera, faltando al respeto al cliente, llegando a ser groseras, sobre todo una de ellas.
Y no hay nadie que las esté supervisando su mal desempeño. Deberian de capacitarlas para que tengan un buen trato a los clientes, eso habla muy mal del negocio. Ojala hagan algo al respecto.
Terrible attention from the two employees who attend.
We arrive and they do not even ask what we are going to bring, then they are asked something and they answer in a bad way, disrespecting the customer, becoming rude, especially one of them.
And there is no one who is monitoring their poor performance. They should train them so that they treat their clients well, that speaks very badly of the business. Hopefully do something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible trato. Siempre vengo a esta plaza. Supuestamente cierran a las 9pm. Y cierra a las 8pm. O antes.
El día de hoy pase para comprar nieve, había 2 personas adelante de mi siendo las 7:20 pm. Y me comentan con cara de mal gusto que sólo iban atender a la persona adelante de mi porque ya iban a cerrar. Deberían de tener algún gerente que ponga arreglo a esto. En caso de que lo haya. Deberían despedirlo y contratar a alguien que si haga el trabajo como tal.
Horrible deal. I always come to this square. They supposedly close at 9pm. And it closes at 8pm. Or before.
Today I stopped by to buy snow, there were 2 people in front of me at 7:20 pm. And they tell me with a distasteful face that they were only going to attend to the person in front of me because they were already closing. They should have some manager to fix this. In case there is. They should fire him and hire someone who does the job like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal en especial los empleados siempre te atendien de mala cara como si no les gustará su trabajo como si fuera un requisito ser así y ala 8 de la noche ya esta bajando la cortinas para que ya nadie les compre y aveces asta las 8:30 ya no te quieren vender aun que tenga. La cortina ala mitad para mi parecer es una mala actitud por parte de los empleados ya que se supone que cierran alas 9 pero desde las 8 ya no te quiere. Vender
