★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 07/07/2021: Llegué con mi familia (3 personas) estaba ya abierto. Una señora mayor estaba dentro removiendo las tapas de la nieve. No tuvo educación para saludar al nosotros entrar ni contestar nuestro saludo. Al preguntarle que si tenían nieve de pay de limón, contesta de mal genio que solo hay de frambuesa. Nadie preguntó por frambuesa. ? Luego, le pedí nieve de piña colada y me contesta con ?s, “permítame que estoy abriendo”. ? Que mala educación. Definitivamente el servicio al cliente ya no es lo mismo. La muchacha que estaba aquí antes, era muy amable y agradable. Esta señora odia estar aquí y su cara y modos de contestar, lo comprueban. Los del lavado son muy atentos y amables y es la única razón porque volveré a pisar este establecimiento. Ay les encargo a los dueños que hablen con esta señora.
Hace un año: Muy rico y buena atención.
07/07/2021: I arrived with my family (3 people) it was already open. An older lady was inside removing the covers from the snow. He was not polite to greet us as we entered or to answer our greeting. When asked if they had lemon pie ice cream, he answers with a temper that there is only raspberry. Nobody asked about raspberry. ? Then, I asked him for pina colada ice cream and he replied with ?s, “let me open it”. ? How rude. Customer service is definitely not the same anymore. The girl who was here before was very kind and nice. This lady hates being here and her face and ways of answering prove it. The cleaners are very attentive and friendly and that is the only reason I will be visiting this establishment again. Oh, I order the owners to talk to this lady.
A year ago: Very tasty and good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los fritos preparados no tienen queso, tienen mas ingredientes pero no manejan cn queso, por si eso buscan. Muy ricos los elotes y la nieve de fresa y chocolate. El postre que he probado ahi es el de brownie cn nieve esta bien, si lo que tienes un antojo es una buena opcion. Recomendacion el esquimal de fresa cn chocolate y nuez. De mis favoritos.
The fried ones prepared do not have cheese, they have more ingredients but they do not handle cheese, in case they are looking for that. Very rich corn and strawberry and chocolate snow. The dessert I have tried there is the brownie with snow, this is good, if what you have a craving is a good option. Recommendation is the Eskimo of strawberry with chocolate and walnut. From my favorites.
