★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pareciera que nunca hay o siempre se cuestionan si hay ingredientes suficientes para cualquier opción que pidas de la parte más cara del menú. No recomiendo esta sucursal pero soy asiduo de la marca y si voy activamente a otras sucursales. Mis favoritos son las malteadas y el banasplit. No hay sabores fuera de lo común ni experimentos fallidos como en otras marcas, el sabor es más bien tradicional y consistente. Sólo agradeciera cuidar estos detalles para dar el mismo nivel de servicio en todos sus locales.
It seems that there is never or always question whether there are enough ingredients for any option you ask for from the most expensive part of the menu. I do not recommend this branch but I am a regular of the brand and if I actively go to other branches. My favorites are the milkshakes and the banasplit. There are no unusual flavors or failed experiments as in other brands, the taste is rather traditional and consistent. Just be grateful to take care of these details to give the same level of service in all your premises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente y nula empatia con quienes estaban haciendo fila por mucho tiempo. Las promociones cada vez peores y solo son marketing, pues ni siquiera se abastecen los locales antes de las mismas, en un descarado intento por vender los sabores menos populares.
Terrible customer service and no empathy with those who were queuing for a long time. The promotions are getting worse and worse and are only marketing, since the stores are not even supplied before them, in a blatant attempt to sell the less popular flavors.
