Tal vez estén buenas las nieves, pero esos pequeños detalles hacen que empezemos a voltear a ver a la competencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí medio litro de un sabor, me entregaron el sabor que quisieron. Tuvé que regresar a cambiarlo. Al hacerlo y abrirlo justo al salir, para ver que no fuera otro sabor, estaba derretido, hecho agua. Pesimo
I ordered a half liter of one flavor, they delivered whatever flavor they wanted. I had to go back to change it. When I did it and opened it just as it came out, to see that it wasn't another flavor, it was melted, made water. Appalling

Slow.... there was a long queue and only one girl preparing, then another one came out but quite unpleasant, also there were no bananas for the banana splits ? .. but my cappuccino was very tasty hehe

They don't have Chantilly cream, they don't have banana split, they don't have imperial cup, baskets and they are not accepting card payment ??♂️

Lunes 7:20pm - Tiempo de espera más de 30 minutos para ordenar (estuvimos esperando para ser atendidos, se empezó a llenar fila después de nosotros) y solo tenían 6 sabores.
Nos despacharon y luego 20 minutos más para esperar a que nos sirvieran 1 cono sencillo. Pésima experiencia
Fatal.
Monday 7:20pm - Wait time over 30 minutes to order (we were waiting to be served, line started filling up after us) and they only had 6 flavors.
We were dismissed and then 20 more minutes to wait for 1 plain cone to be served. lousy experience
