Very expensive or I was touched by a stingy salesperson. This is a snow in a glass for $ 42 pesos! Micro ball that I eat in 5 tablespoons. I better go to the Super Coldy or buy a Magnum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 6 de junio de 2019 compré 2 litros de nieve en la sucursal de Juan Escutia en Chihuahua, Chih. Cuando nos estábamos comiendo la nieve, nos dimos cuenta que uno de los litros estaba caduco (25 de abril). Regresé a la sucursal y me contactaron con Nancy, la supervisora de la tienda.
Nancy me dijo que la nieve estaba bien y que la etiqueta estaba mal, y que si tenía dudas, fuera a Producción (está al costado) al día siguiente, a que me dijeran eso... A mí me pareció un muy mal servicio al cliente y pedí la devolución de mi dinero. Nancy me dijo que no me podían regresar mi dinero, ni reponerme la nieve, porque estaba regresando un producto a medio consumir!
Aún de que Nancy estuviera en lo cierto (...), creo que deben de mejorar su atención al cliente.
On June 6, 2019, I bought 2 liters of snow at the Juan Escutia branch in Chihuahua, Chih. When we were eating the snow, we realized that one of the liters was outdated (April 25). I went back to the branch and they contacted me with Nancy, the store supervisor.
Nancy told me that the snow was fine and that the label was bad, and that if I had any doubts, I went to Production (it is next door) the next day, to be told that ... I thought it was a very bad service to the client and I asked for the refund of my money. Nancy told me that they could not return my money, or replace the snow, because I was returning a half-consumed product!
Even if Nancy was right (...), I think they should improve their customer service.
