Tenía un buen concepto del establecimiento debido a que ya hemos llegado mi familia y yo a adquirir productos, pero recientemente me tocó presenciar junto con mi esposa un caso de acoso moral hacia un empleado. Desconozco si la persona que se dirigía de manera prepotente hacia el personal es el dueño. A mi punto de vista da una mala imagen. Si tiene que tratar algún asunto con su personal, este debería ser en privado y no expuesto a sus clientes ya que en el local había gente entre ellos niños.
Mi esposa y yo optamos por retirarnos del lugar. Para quienes tenemos la posibilidad de generar fuentes de empleo yo siempre he tenido este concepto : "Si cuidas a tus empleados, ellos cuidaran de tus clientes". Se lo dejo de reflexión.
I qualify with a star because you can not do less. I had a good concept of the establishment because my family and I have already come to buy products, but recently I had to witness, together with my wife, a case of moral harassment towards an employee. I do not know if the person who was arrogant towards the staff is the owner. In my point of view it gives a bad image. If you have to discuss any matter with your staff, it should be in private and not exposed to your customers since there were people in the place including children.
My wife and I chose to withdraw from the place. For those of us who have the possibility of generating sources of employment, I have always had this concept: "If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your clients." I leave it for reflection.
