★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio de envío y para salir de compras. Lo que no es agradable es ir junto a personas que quieren sentirse dueños del camión cuando viajan. La señora y los que le ayudan están al pendiente de los paquetes, aunque ya deberian de tener un control mas estricto de donde dejan cada paquete.
Excellent shipping and shopping service. What is not pleasant is going with people who want to feel like they own the truck when they travel. The lady and those who help her are aware of the packages, although they should already have a stricter control of where they leave each package.

Único detalle de mi experiencia fue que para ir a un parque no tenían las entradas de forma anticipada y tuvimos que estar esperando, cuando otros visitantes que iban en tour iban entrando apenas llegaban.
Los recomiendo, solo falta pulir detalles.
I can not make it simpler: they take you to the destination on schedule and you are comfortable.
The only detail of my experience was that to go to a park they did not have the tickets in advance and we had to wait, when other visitors who were going on tour were entering as soon as they arrived.
I recommend them, we just need to polish details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, muy buen trato en especial gracias por la puntualidad,precios muy accesibles, destinos acertados de los que más he disfrutado en el estado de Oaxaca ? HIERVE EL AGUA, MITLA , ÁRBOL DEL TULE. También ACUARIO DE VERACRUZ entre otros son muy variados GRACIAS POR LOS VIAJES DE UN DÍA!, la coordinadora a cargo de grupo muy amable, excepto por que hay gente que abusa de la amabilidad.
Tips o Dato para los viajeros digo gente si ya saben a lo que van lleven la carga de sus celulares llenas! Ya venden batería de emergencia PORTÁTIL, ADATA PowerBank incluso hay los "banco de energía SOLARES", dejen de ofenderse porque los coordinadores ya no lleven espacio para un celular más! Al rato salen con cada "reseña" que nada que ver con el servicio.
Agencia de viajes Helen Tours están haciendo muy bien su trabajo, yo cliente satisfecho! ?

Tips or data for travelers I say people if they already know what they are carrying the charge of their full cell phones! Already sell portable emergency battery, ADATA PowerBank there are even the "SOLARES power bank", stop being offended because the coordinators no longer take space for a cell phone anymore! After a while they go out with each "review" that nothing to do with the service.
