Apartments with lots of vegetation, super well located blocks from city Center, hospital, the island. They have surveillance and automatic boom in the parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se dejen engañar por las fotos, no tiene alberca, no tiene bar, no están así los patios, osea como muestra en la foto de la vista aérea. La fachada no tiene portón de "madera" tiene dos plumas, y el guardia solo está de adorno. Lógicamente los cuartos no están así de, decorados. La verdad no. Por los precios y la mala instalación o más bien la pésima instalación de plomería. Esto fue un problema de sus instalaciones de plomería, nos hicieron evacuar el departamento.
Por casi 4 días.
No lo recomiendo.
Do not be fooled by the photos, it does not have a pool, it does not have a bar, the patios are not like that, that is, as shown in the photo of the aerial view. The facade does not have a "wooden" gate, it has two feathers, and the guard is only for decoration. Logically the rooms are not that decorated. To be honest no. Because of the prices and the bad installation or rather the bad plumbing installation. This was a problem with their plumbing, they made us evacuate the apartment.
For almost 4 days.
I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is still under construction. Looks like it's complete but from about 7:30a.m. until 4:00p.m. you can see and hear the construction going on. In the building you're in and the other buildings in the complex. All over Helia Condos. The condo manager/ board are doing a terrible job. I would not buy or rent/lease a condo at Helia Condos. Unprofessional on every level.
