First time taking an helicopter tour. I contacted other companies with 4 star ratings and several reviews but I was not able to reach any of them, I called and emailed them and only one that answered immediately was Helite City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and a very memorable experience! The facilities are a bare minimum but comfortable still, and the personnel is very attentive. The only downside is the fact they are not enforcing sanitary protocols as some customers were allowed in the building without masks. Also, they are very strict with the schedules referring the customer, but in my flight they were delayed for more than 30 minutes with no compensation or even an apology
