★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención te atienden de mala gana, no puedes preguntar nada porque se enojan, definitivamente hay mejores opciones dónde llevar los coches para servicio mecánico e iluminación antes que sólo se dedicaban solamente a iluminación automotriz tenían mejor atención que lástima que hayan bajado tanto la atención al cliente
NO VAYAN MEJOR BUSQUEN OTRA OPCIÓN....!!!!!
 Terrible attention they take care of you reluctantly, you can't ask anything because they get angry, there are definitely better options where to take the cars for mechanical service and lighting before they were only dedicated to automotive lighting they had better attention than a pity that they have dropped so much attention to customer
DO NOT GO BETTER LOOK FOR ANOTHER OPTION .... !!!!!

Pagué por unos focos de luz Led para los faros de mi auto, que aunque no son nada baratos, iluminan de maravilla, era lo que buscaba. Y lo que me gustó mucho es que probaron en mi propio auto distintas opciones de focos, lo que me ayudó a elegir mejor. Por la atención y el producto que compré, sí volvería, me pareció un lugar confiable.
I found the service very friendly and I liked that there was a variety of prices to choose from. I paid for some Led light bulbs for the headlights of my car, which although they are not cheap at all, they light up wonderfully, it was what I was looking for. And what I really liked is that they tested different bulb options in my own car, which helped me make better choices. For the attention and the product I bought, I would return, it seemed a reliable place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO servicio/experiencia. Tuve que llamar más de 10 veces buscando unos focos HID, me dieron 5 precios distintos y nadie sabía lo que hablaba. Al final me dijeron “si los tenemos, vente y acá vemos” llegué al lugar y salieron con que “sobre $2200 y serían por encargo” cuando buscando en otra Hella Shop DISTRIBUIDOR AUTORIZADO están en $1200. OJO con este lugar, me hicieron perder el tiempo, no me resolvieron NADA y encima te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor.
AWFUL service/experience. I had to call more than 10 times looking for some HID bulbs, they gave me 5 different prices and nobody knew what I was talking about. In the end they told me "if we have them, come and see here" I arrived at the place and they came up with "about $2200 and they would be on request" when looking at another Hella Shop AUTHORIZED DEALER they are at $1200. BEWARE of this place, they made me waste my time, they did not solve ANYTHING for me and on top of that they treat you as if they were doing you a favor.
